Jose has a great sales team who are not just interested in making a sale but also taking care of their customers . I have purchased a vehicle from them a few months ago and worked with Kenny who I told from very beginning that I was very scared to buy a used vehicle as I never had to do it before and him and Jose made sure the vehicle I chose was inspected properly and any things I wanted to get done to it were completed by the shop they work closely with (Auto Start ). I then told them I needed to sell a vehicle I had as I wasn't interested in trading it in and they took care of that too . While selling my vehicle ,Oscar and Jose kept me updated every few days . I'd recommend to work with these guys if you need to buy or sell your vehicle !
Did you know they offer car details? What a great way to keep your car as fresh as the day you bought it. Just got mine done. They did such a great job erasing the evidence of a messy child and dog. All the mud and debris from winter and breakup is gone too! They offer full details at great prices that include extras such as protective wax for the exterior.
I just bought a car from Jennie at GGA. I'm AMAZED. So I totaled that car and they turned right around and put me in a newer even better car!!! Thanks soooo much!! GGA is THE BEST place to buy a vehicle
All was very professional and I was satisfied with the deal we made when we purchased a low mileage car. A week and a half after the purchase a flashing engine light came on while driving on the highway. My wife and I temporarily lost faith in our purchase. Jose was willing to work with us and offer some viable options. Thank you to Jennie and Jose for a positive outcome overall. We went a different direction but still recommend Good Guys to future buyers.

These guys made my entire year!! I sold my crappy van and was looking for a new car. I've called around and visited NUMEROUS dealerships and banks, and I was starting to lose hope because I wasn't getting approved anywhere. Thanks to Jose, who referred me to Good Guys, I now have a 2015 Hyundai Accent and I LOVE IT!!! Newest car I've ever owned and I couldn't be happier. They bent over backwards to get me into a newer car that would be safe for my kids and I. Thank you to Rafiq and Jennie for helping me find the perfect car and for working your butts off to get those numbers and getting me approved! I HIGHLY recommend this auto lot. I am in the military and was serving at JBER not too long ago. The owner sold us a car at a fair price and gave his word to us that he would help to replace a part that would most likely have to be replaced when we arrived at our next duty station. I called him out of the blue when we finally settled in our new home about a year afterward, and he KEPT HIS WORD! The mechanic who did the replacement job for us couldn't believe that an auto dealership was this honest. I would highly recommend Good Guys Auto Sales LLC to any military families looking to get a good vehicle from a team they can trust. If I ever find myself back in Anchorage, I will definite go to them again for the sole reason that they have decent people who don't want to violate the seller-customer trust. I'm very happy I went to them!

Stopped in just killing time. Mother had a car that evening. Ben told us everything we wanted to and more than I expected. Very upfront about their position with 3 different cars and and gave us great attention and let us have a awesome test drive. I would definitely consider returning for a first look at another car.

Great experience!! Answered every question to their best and got the answers if they didn't know (and i ask A LOT of questions). Took time with us and explained all the numbers we were dealing with and even helped keep my 2 year old occupied. Very nice group of people. I really enjoyed that they were there when we needed something and left us alone when we didnt, letting us talk about stuff alone and not having an over bearing sales person butting in made it an awesome experience.
