Jose has a great sales team who are not just interested in making a sale but also taking care of their customers . I have purchased a vehicle from them a few months ago and worked with Kenny who I told from very beginning that I was very scared to buy a used vehicle as I never had to do it before and him and Jose made sure the vehicle I chose was inspected properly and any things I wanted to get done to it were completed by the shop they work closely with (Auto Start ). I then told them I needed to sell a vehicle I had as I wasn't interested in trading it in and they took care of that too . While selling my vehicle ,Oscar and Jose kept me updated every few days . Great experience!! Answered every question to their best and got the answers if they didn't know (and i ask A LOT of questions). Took time with us and explained all the numbers we were dealing with and even helped keep my 2 year old occupied. Very nice group of people. I really enjoyed that they were there when we needed something and left us alone when we didnt, letting us talk about stuff alone and not having an over bearing sales person butting in made it an awesome experience.

Did you know they offer car details? What a great way to keep your car as fresh as the day you bought it. Just got mine done. They did such a great job erasing the evidence of a messy child and dog. All the mud and debris from winter and breakup is gone too! They offer full details at great prices that include extras such as protective wax for the exterior.

All was very professional and I was satisfied with the deal we made when we purchased a low mileage car. I am in the military and was serving at JBER not too long ago.
